She is a 62-year-old from Idaho, who started to have a pain in her leg and got a misdiagnosed with a sciatic nerve. When the pain continued, she asked to have a MRI and they discover a tumor in her spine.

In 2003 I got lung cancer and had that operated on, and the next year I had a cat scan and a PET scan and the cancer came back by my esophagus and I asked them what are you going to do about it and she said they are going to wait for it to grow and we are going to do chemo radiation, and I said I don’t think so and I walked out.

I call my sister and she had done research and she said you go to Oasis of Hope, so we came down, we we’re here 17 days my husband was here with me, we had a beautiful room and nurses and doctors and everybody were wonderful.

And so now it’s been seven years and I was cured so I thanked God every day, and don’t ever give up hope!
